Multi-Band Microstrip Antenna Applied to NB-IOT/WLAN/WiMAX

摘要 针对物联网移动智能终端产品的要求,设计了一种可用于NB-IoT、WLAN和WiMAX的多频段微带天线。该天线采用矩形贴片天线结构,将馈电点放置在对角线附近位置,同时激发TM 01模和TM 10模,并在贴片上开两个U型槽,实现在4个频段同时工作。利用电磁仿真软件ANSYS Electronics Desktop对天线进行仿真,结果显示,该天线在中心频点为1.89 GHz,2.43 GHz,3.52 GHz,5.25 GHz处的反射系数为-21.2 dB,-29.5 dB,-16 dB,-19 dB。实际加工制作天线并测试,实测结果与仿真结果比较吻合。天线贴片面积为22.1 mm×18.4 mm,尺寸较小,易于制造,可广泛应用于NB-IoT/WLAN/WiMAX通信频段。 A multi-band microstrip antenna for NB-IoT,WLAN and WiMAX is designed to meet the requirements of mobile intelligent terminal products of the Internet of Things.The antenna is a rectangular patch antenna structure.Placing the feed point near the diagonal line excites TM 01 mode and TM 10 mode simultaneously.In addition,two U-shaped slots are opened on the patch to realize simultaneous operation in four frequency bands.The electromagnetic simulation software ANSYS Electronics Desktop is used to simulate the antenna.The results show that the reflection coefficient of the antenna at the center frequency point of 1.89 GHz,2.43 GHz,3.52 GHz,5.25 GHz,is-21.2 dB,-30.4 dB,-20.5 dB,and-27.8 dB.The proposed antenna is fabricated and measured,and the measurement results were in good agreement with the simulation results.The rectangular patch size is 22.1 mm×18.4 mm,which is compact and easy to manufacture.It can be widely used in NB-IoT/WLAN/WiMAX communication band.
