α-硫辛酸和前列地尔联合治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床效果及对其运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨α-硫辛酸和前列地尔联合治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的效果及对其运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月于中国科学院大学深圳医院(光明)内分泌科治疗的2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者168例作为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C3组,每组56例,分别采用α-硫辛酸、前列地尔和两者联合用药治疗。比较3组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)评分,治疗后正中神经和腓神经的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度以及临床效果。结果治疗后,3组患者VAS及TCSS评分均明显下降,C组VAS、TCSS评分均明显低于A、B两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后C组患者的正中神经、腓神经的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度均显著高于A、B两组,且C组的临床治疗有效率明显高于A、B两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者时,α-硫辛酸和前列地尔联合治疗临床效果显著,能有效改善其运动和感觉神经传导速度。 Objective To exlpore the effects of alpha-lipoic acid and prostaglandin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with peripheral neuropathy and its influence on motor and sensory nerve conduction velocities. Methods A total of 168 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with peripheral neuropathy treated in the Department of Endocrinology, Shenzhen Hospital, Chinese Academy of Sciences(Guangming) from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into 3 groups: A, B and C, with 56 patients in each group, treated with alpha-lipoic acid, alprostadil and their combination. The visual analogue scale(VAS) score and Toronto clinical score system(TCSS) score before and after treatment, the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and peroneal nerve after treatment were compared among the 3 groups. Results After treatment, the VAS and TCSS scores of the 3 groups were significantly decreased, and the VAS and TCSS scores of group C were significantly lower than those of group A and B(P<0.05). After treatment, the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and peroneal nerve of group C were significantly higher than those of group A and B, and curative rate of the clinical treatment of group C was significantly higher than that of A and B groups(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with peripheral neuropathy, the combination of alpha-lipoic acid and alprostadil has a significant clinical effects and can effectively improve the motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity.
