摘要
目的探讨阴道炎伴泌尿系感染患者联合采用热淋清颗粒、中药外敷离子导入治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年11月至2019年2月大连市中医医院收治的94例阴道炎伴泌尿系感染患者,按照用药方案不同两组,对照组(n=47)仅给予热淋清颗粒治疗,干预组(n=47)给予热清淋颗粒配合中药外敷离子导入治疗。比较两组治愈率、临床症状改善时间、尿细菌学变化、不良反应发生率和生命质量。结果干预组阴道炎、泌尿系感染治愈率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组各项临床症状改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,干预组尿细菌培养、尿白细胞镜检、生命质量评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论热淋清颗粒联合中药外敷离子导入治疗阴道炎伴泌尿系感染效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高其生命质量,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of Relinqing Granules combined with Chinese Medicine external application iontophoresis in patients with vaginitis and urinary tract infection. Methods From November 2017 to February 2019, 94 patients with vaginitis and urinary tract infection in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected. According to different medication schemes, the control group(n=47) was treated with Relinqing Granule only, and the intervention group(n=47) was treated with ReLinqing Granule combined with Chinese Medicine external application iontophoresis. The curative rate, improvement time of clinical symptoms, urinary bacteriological changes, incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the 2 groups. Results The cure rate of vaginitis and urinary tract infection in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the urinary bacterial cultivation, urinary leukocyte microscopy and quality of life score in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Relinqing Granule combined with Chinese Medicine external application iontophoresis in the treatment of vaginitis with urinary tract infection has definite effects. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve their quality of life, and has a high safety.
