摘要
为提高矿山资源利用效率,凡口铅锌矿使用XRT智能拣选机分别对原矿和井采废石进行了预选抛废试验和废石抛分试验,原矿15~40mm粒级,铅锌回收率达99.68%;原矿40~90mm粒级,铅锌回收率达98.27%;废石抛分尾矿产率83.44%,抛分尾矿中铅、锌、硫品位分别降至0.021%、0.03%和0.46%以下,抛分废石产品的放射性及含硫量均达到建筑用料要求。实践表明,抛废处理减少了入磨矿石量,降低了碎、磨、选的能耗和材耗,稳定了入磨入选矿石品位,减少了浮选尾矿的产量,缓解了尾矿库容压力,取得了良好的技术、经济和环保效果。
In order to improve the utilization efficiency of mine resources,XRT intelligent sorting machine was used in Fankou lead-zinc mine to carry out pre-separation and waste rock discarding tests on the raw ore and waste rock.The recovery rate of lead-zinc was 99.68%in the size of 15~40 mm raw ore,and was 98.27%in the size of 40~90 mm raw ore.The productive rate of tailings was 83.44%in waste rock discarding,and the grades of lead,zinc and sulfur in the tailings were respectively reduced below 0.021%,0.03% and 0.46%.The radioactivity and sulfur content of waste rock products can meet the requirements of building materials.The experiment showed that the waste rock discarding reduced the amount of grinding ore,decreased the energy consumption and material consumption in crushing,grinding and separation,stabilized the grade of grinding ore and separating ore,reduced the output of flotation tailings,relieved the pressure of tailings storage capacity,and achieved good technical,economic and environmental protection effects.
