摘要
以适宜吉林西部栽培的6种籽粒觅种质资源的幼苗根、茎、叶为试材,采用传统石蜡切片技术研究籽粒菟幼苗的形态解剖学结构,以期探寻在吉林西部干旱、多风、土壤盐碱条件下籽粒菟具有较强生态适应性的机理•结果表明,籽粒菟幼苗根系解剖结构中维管束多为单维管束二原型结构,相间排列,各自成束,为外始式发育;K472导管口径最大,说明输导组织发达,运输速率快;其次是K112、美国1号、R104和关东2号,运输速率居中;城觅1号导管口径最小,说明输导组织不发达,运输速率差•籽粒觅幼苗茎的解剖结构为多维管束结构,其中R104.K472和美国1号维管束数量较多,分析其是抗倒伏能力强的解剖结构特征•籽粒菟叶片解剖结构中花环结构明显且紧密毗邻排列在细胞中,验证了籽粒菟是C4植物,具有较强的抗旱性能.
In order to explore the reasons for the strong ecological adaptability of amaranth seed under the conditions of drought,windy,soil salinity and alkali in western Jilin,the morphological and anatomical structures of the seedling roots,stems and leaves of six amaranth varieties were studied by using traditional paraffin section technology in this paper.The results show that the vascular bundles are mostly two archetypal structures of single vascular bundles,in the root anatomical structure of amaranth seedlings,which are arranged in alternate phases and formed into bundles respectively・The diameter of K472 catheter is the largest,indicating that the transmission tissue is developed and the transportation rate is fast.The next are K112,USA 1,R104,and Guandong 2,with the middle rate.Finally,the diameter of Chengxian no.1 catheter is the smallest,indicating that the transport tissue is underdeveloped and the transport rate is poor.The stem anatomic structure of amaranth seedlings is multi一dimensional tube bundle structure.Among R104,K472 and USA 1 all have a large number,which may be the anatomical characteristics of strong lodging resistance.These results are proved that amaranth was a C4 plant,so it has strong drought resistance.
