摘要
文章通过分析现阶段通信项目管理存在的问题,阐述了现阶段通信项目管理的特性。针对存在的问题结合特性提出解决对策,建立严密的项目制度体系,对通信项目进行一体化管理,采用信息手段系统化、集成化管控项目,完善人才队伍建设,提升通信项目管理水平,保证通信行业高质量发展。
This paper analyses the existing problems of communication project management at present, and expounds the characteristics of it. According to the existing problems and characteristics, the paper puts forward such solutions as establishing a strict project system, carrying out integrated management of communication projects, adopting information means to achieve systematic and integrated project control, and improving the construction of talent team and the management level of communication projects so as to ensure the high-quality development of communication industry.
