肩峰下撞击综合征的MRI的表现及诊断 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨肩峰下撞击综合征的M R I的相关表现与病理分期的关系,以达到早期诊断及预测。方法:回顾分析2015年1月—2018年12月经临床确诊35例SAIS的MRI图像及临床症状。结果:35例SAIS患者可见肩峰下间隙变窄,肩峰边缘骨质变尖,肱骨头的关节软骨损伤及软骨下囊性变和肩袖、肩峰下组织水肿及变性。结论:M R I可以显示SAIS各期的病理表现,测量数据较为准确,因此MRI可准确诊断SAIS及预判其发生的可能性。 Objective To investigate the relationship between MRI correlation and pathological staging of subacromial impingement syndrome in order to achieve early diagnosis and prediction.Methods Retrospective analysis of MRI images of 35 SAIS diagnosed by clinical diagnosis from January 2015 to Desember 2018 Clinical staging.Results In 35 patients with SAIS,the subacromial space was narrowed,the edge of the shoulder was sharpened,the articular cartilage of the humeral head was damaged,and the subchondral cystic changes and edema of the rotator cuff and subacromial tissue were observed.Conclusion MRI can show the pathological manifestations of SAIS in various stages,and the measurement data is more accurate.Therefore,MRI can accurately diagnose SAIS and predict the possibility of its occurrence.
