摘要
目的观察使用刺络拔罐联合针刺治疗疼痛期肩周炎的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法患者60例随机分为两组,治疗组采用放血针于肩周反应点点刺,后将煮好的竹药罐吸附于点刺部位进行放血拔罐,再联合传统针刺治疗;对照组采用患处微波联合传统针刺的方法,疗程15 d。在治疗前和疗程结束后,对两组进行视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和肩关节活动度量表(Melle)评分,并进行疗效评定。结果治疗后两组VAS评分、Melle评分总分均显著低于治疗前(P <0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P <0.05)。结论使用刺络拔罐联合针刺治疗疼痛期肩周炎的疗效明显优于微波联合针刺治疗,可有效缓解疼痛、改善关节功能。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect and explore the mechanism of acupuncture and cupping on periarthritis of shoulder in pain period. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group used blood letting needle to prick around the shoulder,then absorbed the cooked bamboo medicine pot to prick the spot for blood letting and cupping,and then combined with traditional acupuncture;the control group used microwave and traditional acupuncture. Before and after treatment,VAS pain scale and Melle scale were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups. Results:After treatment,the total scores of VAS and Melle scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group were lower than the control group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,significantly higher than the control group(80.00%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with cupping is better than that of microwave combined with acupuncture on periarthritis of shoulder in pain period,which can effectively relieve pain and improve joint function.
