摘要
旨在研究垃圾焚烧发电厂入炉垃圾比重动态测量方法。根据在珠海、宁波、花溪等地区进行垃圾焚烧发电厂调试自动燃烧控制系统(ACC)时遇到的问题,分析了入炉垃圾比重在ACC系统中的重要性,结合3D物位扫描仪在垃圾焚烧炉进料斗内的运用,建立立方体、三菱柱数学模型,提出了垃圾焚烧炉在实际运行过程中动态测量垃圾比重的方法。研究有助于提高焚烧炉设备运行速度计算的精确度和对垃圾料层的有效控制,保证焚烧炉的长期稳定运行。
The purpose of this paper is to study the dynamic measurement method of the specific gravity of the refuse in the incineration power plant.According to the problems encountered in debugging the automatic combustion control system(ACC)in Zhuhai,Ningbo and Huaxi garbage incineration power plants,the importance of the proportion of garbage in ACC system is analyzed.Combining with the application of 3D level scanner in the hopper of garbage incinerator,the mathematical models of cube and Mitsubishi column are established,a method for dynamic measurement of waste specific gravity in actual operation of waste incinerator is presented.This study is helpful to improve the accuracy of calculating the operating speed of incinerator equipment and the effective control of refuse layer,so as to ensure the long-term stable operation of incinerator.
