摘要
核反应堆压力容器是核动力装置中核心和关键的主设备,需要定期对其进行超声检测。针对反应堆压力容器在超声检测时出现幻象波的情况,对其产生原因进行试验分析,并在分析和试验对比的基础上提出了最大重复频率和幻象波位置的计算方法。利用该方法合理设置检测参数能有效消除幻象波,并解决工程现场的应用需求。
Nuclear reactor pressure vessel is the most important and key main equipment in nuclear power plant,which needs regular ultrasonic testing.With respect to the phenomenon of phantom echo in ultrasonic testing of reactor pressure vessel,the causes of phantom echo were analyzed experimentally,and the calculation method of maximum repetition frequency and position of phantom echo was proposed on the basis of analysis and comparison.This method can eliminate the appearance of phantom echo and solve the application requirement of engineering site by setting the testing parameters reasonably.
