摘要
目的探讨早产儿经母乳获得性巨细胞病毒感染状况及随访研究。方法选择2017年4月-2019年1月早产儿80例随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对两组早产儿随访半年,比较两组相关临床症状发生率、两组智力发育情况。结果观察组经母乳喂养后血小板减少症、转氨酶升高、肝脾肿大以及新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎发生率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组粗大运动功能区、精细运动功能区、应物功能区、言语功能区、应人功能区发育,评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早产儿感染巨细胞病毒能够提高血小板较少症、转氨酶升高、肝脾肿大以及早产儿坏性小肠结肠炎的发生率,影响婴幼儿的智力发展,应该对巨细胞病毒感染予以重视。
Objective To investigate the status of breast milk acquired cytomegalovirus infection in premature infants and its follow-up study.Methods 80 premature infants from April 2017 to January 2019 were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Children in the two groups were followed up for six months to compare the incidence of related clinical symptoms and intellectual development in the two groups.Results The incidence of thrombocytopenia,elevated transaminase,hepatosplenomegaly and necrotizing enterocolitis in newborns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the gross motor function area,fine motor function area,motor function area,speech function area and motor function area were developed,and the scores were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CMV infection in premature infants can increase the incidence of thrombocytopenia,elevated transaminase,hepatosplenomegaly and neonatal bad small intestinal sarcoidosis,and affect the intellectual development of infants and young children.Attention should be paid to CMV infection.
