摘要
目的:优选玉女煎汤剂的水提工艺。方法:以浸泡时间、加水量和煎煮时间为主要影响因素,以毛蕊花糖苷、芒果苷、β-蜕皮甾酮的转移率与干膏得率的综合评分为评价指标,采用正交试验优选玉女煎汤剂的水提工艺。结果:优化的水提工艺最佳条件为:加6倍量的水,浸泡时间为30 min,煎煮时间武火5 min,文火30 min。此条件下测得毛蕊花糖苷、芒果苷和β-蜕皮甾酮的转移率分别为60.35%、43.58%和58.84%,干膏得率为34.68%。结论:该提取工艺稳定可行,适用于玉女煎汤剂的制备。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Yunvjian Decoction. Methods:The reflux time, the amount of water and the soaking time were taken as the main factors. The transfer ratios of verbascoside, mangiferin and β-ecdysterone and the yield of dry paste were taken as the comprehensive indexes. The orthogonal test was performed to optimize the extraction process of Yunvjian Decoction. Results:The optimum conditions of extraction process were as follows:added 6 times amount of water and soaked for 30 minutes, strong fire for 5 minutes and mild fire for 30 minutes in decoction time. Under this condition, the transfer ratios of verbascoside, mangiferin and β-ecdysterone were 60.35%, 43.58% and 58.84%, respectively. The yield of dry paste was 34.68%. Conclusion:This extraction process is stable and feasible, which can be used for the preparation of Yunvjian Decoction.
