Research on Multi-spot Welding Deformation of Flexible Metal Sheet

摘要 针对薄板件多点焊接后的变形问题,应用数值模拟的方法进行了研究。首先模拟了柔性薄板零件单点电阻点焊的焊接过程,得到了板件单点焊接的应力以及变形。然后在单点焊接的基础上,建立了多点焊接的模型,得到了零件在多点焊接后的变形规律及应力分布。最后分析了焊点的排列形式及焊接顺序对多点焊的影响,并将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比,验证模拟的可靠性。结果表明,在8 kN的预压力下可以得到良好的单点焊接效果。在多点焊接中施加相同的预压力时,焊点的行距对焊接变形影响较小而焊点的列距对多点焊接变形影响较大。 Numerical simulation method was used to study the deformation of thin plate after multi-spot welding.Firstly,the single resistance spot welding process of sheet metal parts was simulated,and the stress,deformation during the single point welding process of the sheet were obtained.Then based on single point welding,a multi-point welding model was established.After multi-point welding,the deformation law and stress distribution of the parts were obtained.Finally,the arrangement of welding spots and the effect of welding sequence on multi-spot welding were analyzed.The simulation results were also compared with the experimental results and the reliability of the model was verifild.The results show that under the prepressure of 8 kN,good single welding joint effect can be achieved.Under the same preloading pressure,the line pitch of welding spots has smaller influence on the welding deformation and the row pitch of welding spots has bigger influence on the welding deformation.
