摘要
目的研究血站实施细节管理和风险管理模式血站质量管理体系中的应用效果。方法选择2017年2月至2018年2月本血站工作人员38名,采用奇偶法分为实验组与参照组,每组19名。另在每组均选取血液样本1 000份,共计2 000份。其中参照组采用常规血站管理方式,实验组行细节管理和风险管理模式,对比两组质量监控评分、血制品质控结果及差错事件。结果与参照组相比,实验组环境控制、环境细菌、血液净化间卫生、人员卫生、消毒工作等评分较高,实验组艾滋病感染、乙肝感染、丙肝感染、梅毒感染发生率与参照组相比较低,同参照组相比,实验组脂肪血、渗漏、离心破袋、热合不严等差错事件发生率较低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血站质量管理体系之中实施细节管理与风险管理,能够保障血站血制品安全性,进而提升血站管理质量。
Objective To study the application effect of blood station implementation detail management and risk management mode blood station quality management system. Methods 38 blood station staff in our hospital were enrolled from February 2017 to February 2018. They were divided into experimental group and reference group by parity method, with 19 cases in each group. In addition, 1 000 blood samples were selected in each group for a total of 2 000 copies. The reference group used the conventional blood station management mode, the experimental group carried out detailed management and risk management mode, and compared the two groups of quality monitoring scores, blood product quality control results and error events. Results Compared with the reference group, the experimental group had higher scores in environmental control, environmental bacteria, blood purification room health, personnel health, disinfection work, while the experimental group had lower rates of HIV infection, hepatitis B infection, hepatitis C infection, syphilis infection compared with the reference group Compared with the reference group, the incidence of error events such as fat blood, leakage, centrifugal bag breaking, and poor heat sealing in the experimental group was low, and there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of detailed management and risk management in the blood station quality management system can ensure the safety of blood products in blood stations, and thus improve the quality of blood station management.
