摘要
我国正处于社会发展转型阶段,意识形态呈现出多元化形态,人们的价值观、人际关系、价值观念、心理冲突、社会生产生活压力、就业就职等发生着变化,心理需要承受的压力也在逐渐增加,对心理健康教育产生出重大需求。心理健康教育是高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分,也是教育工作者或其他领域切实关注的问题。在新时代发展格局下,心理健康教育微课程建设已势在必行。
China is in the stage of social development transformation. The ideology presents a diversified form. People’s values, interpersonal relationships, values, psychological conflicts, social production and life pressures, employment inauguration, etc., are changing, and psychological pressure is also gradually increasing. Therefore, there is a major demand for mental health education. Mental health education is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and it is also an issue of concern to educators or other fields. Under the new era development pattern, the construction of mental health education micro-courses is imperative.
