26 mA cm-2 JSC achieved in the integrated solar cells

摘要 Organometal halide perovskite has drawn much attention due to their high light-absorption coefficient,outstanding carrier mobility,and long-range charge-transport lengths.The most remarkable progress made by this type of perovskite materials is in the field of photovoltaics[1–4].The power conversion efficiency(PCE)of perovskite solar cells(PSCs)has exceeded 25%since they were first used as the active layer in solar cells in 2009[5].

作者简介 Qiaogan Liao joined Liming Ding's group at the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology(NCNST)in 2012,and obtained his master degree from Hainan University in 2014.He is currently a Ph.D.candidate of Department of Materials Science and Engineering(MSE),Southern University of Science and Technology(SUStech).His research interest focuses on device engineering and physics of organic solar cells and perovskite solar cells;Corresponding authors:Huiliang Sun carried out his Ph.D.research in Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry,Chinese Academy of Sciences.He is currently Research Assistant Professor at SUSTech.His recent research focuses on the design and synthesis of polymer semiconductors,and device engineering of solar cells.E-mail addresses:sunhl@sustech.edu.cn(H.Sun),These authors contributed equally to this work;Corresponding authors:Xugang Guo joined Mark D.Watson's group at the University of Kentucky in 2006 and obtained his Ph.D.degree in Chemistry in 2009.From 2009 to 2012,he carried out his postdoctoral training with Profs.Tobin J.Marks and Antonio Facchetti at Northwestern University.He is currently a full professor in MSE at SUSTech.His research interests include synthesis and application of organic and polymeric semiconductors.E-mail addresses:guoxg@sustech.edu.cn(X.Guo)。
