摘要
华文报纸是马来西亚华人社会不可或缺的新闻传播媒介,同时也是华人本土信息发布、交流、沟通与发声的重要平台。本文以马来西亚发行量最高的华文报纸《星洲日报》作为个案,选取2018年1月1日至2018年12月31日为期一年的报纸进行归纳与整理,并针对典型新闻案例进行分析,进一步探讨其涉华新闻的特点,并通过传播学理论、新闻采写细节、国际关系走势等剖析其构建特征,根据马来西亚华文报业的启示,对提升我国的海外声誉,扩大我国国际传播影响力,提出可行性建议,能更好地帮助中国进行国际形象塑造。
As the indispensable news media in the Malaysian Chinese society,the Chinese newspapers are also the important platform for the release of local information,exchange,communication and opinion-sharing among the Malaysian Chinese. As China’s economy grows rapidly and the international competitiveness strengthens largely,the Chinese newspapers in Malaysia have attached more importance to the news about China. Meanwhile,the topics and stances of these newspapers’ reports about China can,to some extent,influence the progress of Sino-Malaysia relations,the changes of Southeast Asia’s international situation,and the overseas spread of Chinese culture. Focusing on Sin Chew Daily,which is a Chinese newspaper with the highest circulation in Malaysia,this paper summarizes the newspapers issued from January 1 to December 31,2018,analyzing the typical news cases while further examining the characteristics of China-related reports. In addition,the structural characteristics of these newspapers are discussed from the perspective of communication theories,news interview and writing details,and trends of international relations. With the inspirations from the industry of Chinese newspapers in Malaysia,this paper proposes some feasible suggestions for improving China’s overseas reputation and expanding China’s influence in the international communication so as to facilitate the construction of China’s international image.
