摘要
深孔加工进给至中末期,加工孔出现影响圆度误差和表面质量的周期性多瓣形振纹。鉴于BTA深孔钻削加工系统特点,开展振动测试实验研究。实验前,将钻削系统三维模型导入分析软件中进行模态计算;根据模拟初步分析结果对加速度传感器测点位置进行预判,并对测试仪器进行安装调试。迭代验证模拟分析结果和实验结果以优化分析模型,同时对实验方案进行改进和修正。经对比发现软件计算结果和实验分析结果较为相近,可保证实验方案可行性。对锤击信号和实验中前3阶模态及单峰值谱进行分析,发现钻削系统径向异常振动明显。
Multi-periodic vibration pattern which affect roundness error and surface quality in deep hole machining feed to the middle and late stage.In view of the characteristics of the BTA deep hole drilling system,the vibration test experimental research was carried out.Before the experiment,the 3 D model of the drilling system was imported into the analysis software for modal calculation.According to the preliminary analysis results of the simulation,the position of the accelerometer measuring point was prejudged,and the test instrument was installed and debugged.The simulation results and experimental results were iteratively verified to optimize the analytical model,and the experimental scheme was improved and modified.By comparison,it is found that the calculated results of the software are close to the experimental analysis results,which can ensure the feasibility of the experimental program.It is found that the abnormal radial vibration of drilling system is obvious by analyzing the hammer strike signal and the first three modes and single peak spectrum in the experiment.
