摘要
目的:探讨冠心病行介入治疗后,应用光学相干断层成像技术(OCT)评价国产海利欧斯支架与雅培支架的治疗效果。方法:将本院2017年4月至2018年9月收治的100例冠心病患者为研究对象,按照植入支架类型将患者分成观察组(海利欧斯支架)与对照组(雅培支架),所有患者均植入支架两年半或三年。在患者入院复查时,应用OCT技术评价支架置入对患者预后改善及生活质量的影响。结果:两组患者入院复查新生内膜覆盖率、支架贴壁不良、支架内在狭窄及新生动脉粥样硬化发生率上无显著差异(P>0.05);复查时观察组患者在身体健康、心理健康、社会健康及精神健康各生活质量评分上均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病的治疗中,通过OCT复查显示国产海利欧斯支架同进口雅培支架有类似的安全性,且国产海利欧斯支架对患者生活质量提升显著,值得推广。
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of domestic helios stent and abbott stent using optical coherence tomography(OCT)after interventional treatment for coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to September 2018 were selected as subjects.Patients were divided into observation group(helios stent)and control group(abbott stent)according to the type of stent implantation.At the time of admission for review after two or three years,OCT was used to evaluate the effect of stent implantation on patients'prognosis and quality of life.Results:There were no significant differences in the incidence of new intima coverage,stent adherence,stent stenosis and new atherosclerosis between the two groups(P>0.05).At the time of reexamination,the scores of physical health,psychological health,social health and mental health in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:OCT review shows that the domestic helios stents have similar safety with the imported abbott stents in the treatment of coronary heart disease,and the domestic helios stents significantly improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
