摘要
海洋石油开采平台自动控制系统中,控制阀多采用进口产品,存在价格高、订货周期长、后期维护无保障等一系列不利因素。介绍了某国产串式多级减压高压差小流量控制阀,结合某海洋石油平台工况条件,对比了进口控制阀,通过该产品在某项目的应用测试及长期观测数据的汇总,验证了国产高端控制阀在海洋石油平台中的应用效果,对保证项目质量和进度以及气田的安全稳定运行起到重要作用。
In the automatic control system for offshore oil exploration platforms,the control valves are mostly imported,which have a series of unfavorable factors,such as high price,long delivery time and insecure maintenance in later stage.One domestic multistage high differential pressure with small flow control valve is introduced.Combined with the working conditions of a certain offshore oil platform,the valve is compared with the imported control valve.Through application test in one project and summarizing of long-time data monitoring,the application result is verified for the domestic high-quality control valves in offshore oil exploration platform.It plays an important role in ensuring the quality and project progress,and the safe and stable operation of the gas field.
