化疗联合手术治愈晚期肺型卵巢小细胞癌1例 被引量：2

A Case of Primary Ovarian Small Cell Carcinoma of the Pulmonary Type Treated with Surgery and Chemotherapy

摘要 1临床资料患者女性,59岁,因“咳嗽、咳痰伴喘憋2个月余”,于2015年3月18日就诊于青岛大学附属医院呼吸科,查体:全身浅表淋巴结未触及肿大,双肺叩诊浊音,呼吸音偏低,左侧为著,心脏听诊未闻及异常,腹壁膨隆,上腹部质韧,无压痛及反跳痛,下腹部可触及一直径约11cm肿块,活动度较差,伴轻压痛,移动性浊音(+),肠鸣音正常。
