摘要
文章首先分析了砂轮磨削钛合金工件的加工机理,推导了当量磨削厚度的理论公式,然后通过单因素试验分析了砂轮线速度、工件进给速度以及工件位置对薄片树脂CBN砂轮磨削钛合金工件的表面粗糙度的影响,最后采用正交试验法研究了磨削参数对表面粗糙度Ra值的影响程度,验证了单因素试验结果的正确性,并得到最优工艺参数,对提高钛合金工件的加工效率以及表面质量有重要的指导和参考意义。
This paper analyzes the mechanism of grinding wheel grinding machining of titanium alloy,the theoretical formula of equivalent grinding thickness is deduced,and then through the single factor experiment analyzed the linear velocity of grinding wheel and workpiece feed speed and workpiece position of CBN grinding wheel in grinding of titanium alloy sheet resin workpiece surface roughness,the influence of the final was studied by orthogonal test method the influence of grinding parameters on surface roughness Ra value degree,demonstrate the validity of the single factor test results,and to get the optimal process parameters,to improve the machining efficiency and surface quality of titanium alloy workpiece has important guidance and reference significance.
