摘要
矩阵变换器工作时存在大量谐波,波形畸变率较高。为了有效降低谐波畸变率,对矩阵变换器简化空间矢量调制策略的等效模型进行分析,基于空间矢量合成原理,在虚拟整流侧转换过程中采用省却零矢量调制,在逆变侧的转换过程中引入简化的过调制技术,推导出输出线电压的数学表达式,验证新的扇区划分方法对电网扰动具有抵抗能力,新调制策略输出波形质量提高,谐波畸变率降低。通过仿真,对简化的空间矢量调制策略进行验证,并搭建样机平台,试验验证了该策略的可行性。
There are a lot of harmonics in working of the matrix converter,which lead to high waveform distortion rate.In order to effectively reduce the harmonic distortion rate,the equivalent model of the space vector modulation strategy of the matrix converter was studied.On the basis of the principle of space vector synthesis,the zero-vector modulation method was adopted in the virtual rectifier side conversion process on the inverter side.A simplified over-modulation technique was introduced in the conversion process,and the mathematical expression of the output line voltage was derived.It was verified that the new sector division method was resistant to grid disturbance,the output waveform quality was high,and the harmonic distortion rate was lower than the original.The simplified space vector modulation strategy was verified by simulation,and the prototype platform was built.The feasibility of the strategy was verified by the experiments.
