摘要
通过阐述巴林特小组活动的开展和平行病历在家庭病床管理上的应用,介绍叙事医学在基层社区卫生服务和全科医学中的运用,分析叙事医学在社区卫生服务中的作用和意义。提出全科医生在社区家庭病床等社区卫生服务中,使用叙事医学有助于提高医患沟通有效性,培养全科医生人文思维,构建和谐医患关系。通过叙事医学促进社会对全科医生的认可,从情感上建立医者仁心的理念,让医生走进患者的心灵世界。
This paper discusses the development of Balint group activities and the application of parallel cases in home care hospital bed management and introduces the application of narrative medicine in community health service and general practice.It analyzes the role and significance of narrative medicine in community health service.It is suggested that the use of narrative medicine by general practitioners in community health services such as home care hospital beds can help to improve the effectiveness of communication between doctors and patients,cultivate the humanistic thinking of general practitioners,and build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.Through narrative medicine,we can promote social recognition of general practitioners,establish the concept of benevolence of doctors from the emotional point of view,and encourage doctors enter the spiritual world of patients.
