摘要
基于弹塑性力学、运动接触理论及热力学理论,为了研究温度和开闩时机对抽壳力产生的影响,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了考虑温度影响下的抽壳计算模型,对某火炮的抽壳过程进行数值分析,得到了发射过程中的弹壳弹膛系统温度、应力及抽壳力随时间变化的规律,初步推算出添加温度影响因素后的抽壳力计算公式。结果表明温度的变化对抽壳时的弹壳弹膛应力分布和大小有比较明显的影响,因而控制抽壳时机可以有效减小抽壳力。
Based on elastoplastic mechanics,motion contact theory and thermodynamics theory,in order to study the influence of temperature and unlatching timing on the shelling force,a finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish a shell calculation model considering the influence of temperature.The numerical analysis of the shelling process results in the law of temperature and stress and shelling force of the shell-elastic system during the launching process,and the calculation formula of the shelling force after adding the temperature influencing factors is preliminarily derived.The results show that the change of temperature has a significant influence on the stress distribution and size of the shell elastics during shelling,so that the timing of shelling can effectively reduce the shelling force.
