摘要
本文主要讲一种PU清味高丰满度亮光清漆的制备方法,甲组分由醇酸树脂、合成脂肪酸树脂、消泡剂、流平剂和溶剂组成,乙组分由TDI-HDI混合三聚体和HDI和溶剂组成,制得的油漆气味低,流平性好,漆膜具有高光泽,漆膜丰满度好,表面光滑有质感,给人一种清新、宁静、简单而不失优雅的感觉,平凡中透着一丝高贵,适合当代人的审美,市场上很受大众的亲睐。广泛用于木器,金属等制品起保护装饰效果。
This paper mainly describes a preparation method of PU clear and bright varnish with high fullness.Component A is composed of alkyd resin,synthetic fatty acid resin,defoamer,leveling agent and solvent.Component B is composed of TDI-HDI mixed trimer and HDI and solvent.The resulting varnish has low odor,good leveling,high gloss and film.Good fullness,smooth surface and texture,giving a fresh,quiet,simple but elegant feeling,ordinary with a trace of nobility,suitable for contemporary aesthetic,popular in the market.Widely used in wood,metal and other products to protect the decorative effect.
