摘要
目的了解黑龙江省伤害监测病例分布特征,为制订黑龙江省预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法利用SPSS 20.0软件分析黑龙江省2014-2018年在哨点医院就诊的伤害首诊患者。结果 2014-2018年共收集伤害病例29 479例,男女性别比为2.0∶1;年龄构成主要集中在25~54岁(59.02%)之间;伤害发生的原因以机动车车祸(45.62%)和跌倒/坠落(25.40%)为主;伤害主要发生公路/街道(52.55%)和家中(23.94%);伤害发生时活动主要是驾乘交通工具(37.15%)、家务(18.78%)和休闲活动(16.76%);伤害性质以挫伤、擦伤(69.84%)为主;伤害部位主要在头部(36.09%)、上肢(28.77%)和下肢(21.39%)。结论黑龙江省伤害监测的病例主要集中在社会主要劳动力的青壮年,该人群是应该在伤害预防控制中最先关注的人群,应针对不同人群制定相关综合干预措施,以减少伤害发生。
OBjECTIVE To know the distribution characteristics of injury cases in Heilongjiang province,and to provide scientific basis for injury prevention and control strategies in Heilongjiang province.METHODS SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the injury cases who were firstly admitted to the sentinel hospital in Heilongjiang province from 2014 to 2018.RESULTS From 2014 to 2018,a total of 29,479 injury cases were collected.The age composition is mainly between 25 and 54 years old(59.02%).The main causes of injury were motor vehicle accident(45.62%)and falling(25.40%).Injuries occurred mainly on roads/streets(52.55%)and homes(23.94%).When the injury occurred,the main activities were driving and riding vehicles(37.15%),housework(18.78%)and leisure activities(16.76%).The injury types were mainly contusion and bruise(69.84%).The injuries were mainly in the head(36.09%),upper limbs(28.77%)and lower limbs(21.39%).CONCLUSION The cases of injury in Heilongjiang province mainly occurred among the young adults who were the main social laborer. They should be given priority for the prevention and control of injury,and relevant comprehensive intervention measures should be developed for different groups to reduce the occurrence of injury.
