摘要
以三叶青枝条为试验材料开展三叶青水溶液扦插快速生根试验.设置冷开水、纯净水、1/8 MS无机营养液三种溶液开展最佳溶液种类筛选,添加不同浓度植物生长素IAA、NAA、IBA筛选最佳生长素及其浓度,并设置4 d、6 d、10 d三个不同处理时间进行最佳时间筛选.试验结果表明,冷开水在所选3种溶液中效果最佳,在IBA 8 mg/L浓度下处理6 d,15 d后有生根,30 d后生根率94.59%.
The branches of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum were used for the experiment of the rapid rooting through cutting under hydroponics.Cuttings of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum were soaked in three nutrient solutions:cold boiled water,pure water and 1/8 MS inorganic solution.The best auxin and its concentration were selected by adding different concentrations of plant auxin IAA,NAA and IBA.And three different treatment time of 4 days、6 days and 10 days were set to select the best treatment time.The result showed that the cold boiled water was the best solution for rooting.The rooting rate was 94.59%after treatment 30 days with IBA 8 mg/L for 6 days,and it rooted beginning after culture 15 days.
