海洋多孔介质中微塑料和富勒烯的共迁移 被引量:5

Cotransport of microplastics and fullerene in marine porous media

摘要 采用海水和天然海砂,模拟构建了一维柱状的海洋多孔介质体系,研究了粒径1μm的聚苯乙烯微塑料(PS)与富勒烯(C60)在海水饱和砂柱中的共迁移行为.结果发现:单体系下,15mg/L PS的穿透率(Meff)和最大穿透浓度(MEC)可分别达到36.8%和0.42;而15mg/L的C60团聚明显,其Meff和MEC值仅分别为16.8%和0.22.当15mg/L PS与15mg/L C60 1:1共存时,PS能与部分C60形成稳定共团聚体,促进C60迁移;但反之C60却抑制了PS迁移.如果将双体系下PS的浓度由15mg/L增至45mg/L,PS对C60的迁移促进则转变为迁移抑制,这主要源于PS-C60共团聚体体积的增大和数量的增加. A simulated one-dimensional column system was established with seawater and natural sea sand to investigate the cotransport of 1μm polystyrene microplastics(PS) and fullerene(C60) in seawater-saturated marine media.The results showed that,in single suspension,the mass percentage recovered from the effluent(Meff) and maximum effluent concentration(MEC) of the well-dispersed PS(15 mg/L) were 36.8%,and 0.42,respectively,while the aggregation(agglomeration) of C60 at 15 mg/L was obviously presented with 16.8% of Meff and 0.22 of MEC,respectively.When 15 mg/L PS and 15 mg/L C60 were coexisted,PS might form stable co-aggregates with part of C60 thereby promote the transport of C60.Conversely,C60 inhibited the transport of PS.If the concentration of PS in binary suspension increased from 15 mg/L to 45 mg/L,the enhancing effect of PS on transport of C60 was eventually transformed into the inhibition of C60 transport,which was mainly due to the increase in the volume and number of PS-C60co-aggregates.
