摘要
目的探讨灵龟八法开穴针刺联合康复治疗脑卒中后遗症患者功能障碍及对预后的影响。方法随机选取2018年5月~2019年5月我院脑卒中后遗症患者60例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采用常规西医内科治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上采用灵龟八法开穴针刺治疗,统计分析两组患者的FMA评分、NIHSS评分、MMSE评分、ADL评分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后的FMA评分、MMSE评分、ADL评分均显著高于治疗前,NIHSS评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后试验组患者的FMA评分、MMSE评分、ADL评分均显著高于对照组,NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗的总有效率96.7%显著高于对照组73.3%(P<0.05),不良反应发生率3.3%显著低于对照组23.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灵龟八法开穴针刺联合康复治疗脑卒中后遗症能够有效改善患者功能障碍及预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of Linggui Bafa acupuncture combined with rehabilitation on the dysfunction and prognosis of patients with stroke sequelae.Methods 60 patients with stroke sequelae in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The experimental group was treated with Linggui Bafa acupuncture on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The FMA score,NIHSS score,MMSE score,ADL score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The FMA score,MMSE score and ADL score of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the NIHSS scores were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The FMA score,MMSE score and ADL score of the patients in the experimental group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the NIHSS score was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.7%,significantly higher than that(73.3%)in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(3.3%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(23.3%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Linggui Bafa acupuncture combined with rehabilitation can effectively improve the dysfunction and prognosis of patients with stroke sequelae.
