摘要
通过检索中国知网、维普中文期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数字化期刊群、Embase、PubMed、Cochrane Library,筛选出符合纳排标准的文献,分析国内外针刺单穴治疗原发性痛经的选穴、疗效及机制。研究发现临床常用三阴交、十七椎、关元、次髎、地机、血海等单穴治疗原发性痛经,且均取得较好的疗效。目前对单刺三阴交、十七椎治疗PD的研究较多,针对三阴交主要研究不同的针刺干预措施及常用单穴之间的比较;相对其他单穴,十七椎的研究较完善,不同单穴、单穴与多穴的临床疗效差异、针刺的介入时机、留针时间等,但尚无统一结论。针刺单穴治疗原发性痛经临床疗效确切,单刺十七椎治疗PD宜留针30 min,但针刺的机理、介入时机、留针时间、治疗频率仍需进行进一步研究。
Databases were searched from the China National Knowledge Infrastrucure,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang Periodical Database,Pubmed,Embase and Cochrane Library,the literature that met the inclusion criteria was selected and analyzed to find out the rule of the points selection,the curative effect and action mechanism.The study found out that single point,such as SP6,EX-B8,ST22,BL32,SP8 and SP10,was commonly used in the treatment of PD,and all obtained good curative effect.At present,there were more studies on the treatment of PD by needling single SP6 or single EX-B8.In terms of the researches of needling single SP6,they focused on different acupuncture intervention and the comparison between different single points.Compared to the researches of needling other single points,the studies of EX-B8 were relatively perfect.There was no uniform conclusion about the clinical efficacy of needling different single point,needling single point and needling multiple points,the timing of acupuncture intervention and the length of needle retention.Needling single point has a definite clinical effect on PD,and 30 minutes needle retention was recommended when needling EX-B8 in the treatment of PD.However,the acupuncture mechanism,timing of intervention,length of needle retention and treatment frequency need to be further studied.
