雷珠单抗与光凝疗法对糖尿病黄斑水肿的疗效被引量：2

摘要目的:探究雷珠单抗结合光凝治疗对糖尿病黄斑水肿(Diabetic macular edema,DME)的疗效。方法:收集2017年1月-2019年1月经OCT及荧光血管造影确诊的DME患者共计36例(眼),行玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗结合常规光凝治疗。测量经治前后患者的最佳矫正视力(Best corrected visual acuity,BCVA)、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(Foveal retinal thinckness,FRT)及黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度(Subfoveal hchoroidal thinckness,SFCT)的变化。结果:治疗结束3个月后,研究对象平均BCVA显著改善,优于治疗前平均BCVA(P<0.05),FRT、SFCT均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:光凝治疗结合玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗DME,有明显临床疗效。SFCT可以作为预后评估的重要参数。
