摘要
空调系统冷热源设备的投资成本在整个项目的暖通初投资中所占比重较大,为了得出更合理、更经济的系统选型方案,现以深圳某综合医院为研究对象,根据项目实际情况备选三种冷热源方案,采用当量满负荷(ε_h)运行时间法分析各自方案空调系统的全年能耗,并计算各自的初投资和年运行费用,利用寿命周期费用评价法对不同方案进行费用比较,得出最优方案并在项目中采用。
The investment cost of cold and heat source equipment in air conditioning system accounts for a large proportion in the initial investment of HVAC in the whole project.In order to get a more reasonable and economical system selection scheme,a general hospital in Shenzhen is taken as the research object.According to the actual situation of the project,three kinds of cold and heat source schemes are selected,and the running time of equivalent full load(ε_h) is adopted Method [1] The annual energy consumption of air conditioning system of each scheme is analyzed,and their initial investment and annual operation cost are calculated.The cost of different schemes is compared by life cycle cost evaluation method,and the optimal scheme is obtained and adopted in the project.
