摘要
本文主要介绍了德兴铜矿大山选矿厂常规碎矿系统皮带运输机重锤式拉紧装置在日常生产以及检修维护中存在的弊端与不足,针对这些弊端与不足系统的提出了相应的改进方案,用液压拉紧替换原重锤式拉紧方式,通过在6#皮带实施改进并投入运行使用,效果显著,在解决日常生产以及维护检修存在弊端的同时,极大的提高了运输皮带拉紧系统的稳定性。并已在德兴铜矿大山选矿厂碎矿工段其他运输皮带推广使用。
This paper mainly introduces the conventional crushing system of Dexing copper mine DaShan concentrator belt conveyor tension device weight style in daily production and maintenance of the shortcomings and deficiencies,in view of these shortcomings and puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme of the system is insufficient,replace the original heavy hammer with hydraulic tensioning taut way,by using 6 # belt improvement and put into operation,the effect significantly,to solve the daily production and maintenance of disadvantages at the same time,greatly improving the stability of the transportation belt tensioning system.In addition,other transport belts have been widely used in the crushing section of dashan concentrator of dexing copper mine.
