摘要
高校档案微信服务质量评价,是客观了解高校档案微信服务质量的重要手段,对于有效提升高校档案微信服务水平具有积极意义。指标体系的构建是进行高校档案微信服务质量评价的基础和关键,借助层次分析法建立了高校档案微信服务质量评价指标体系,包含信息质量、技术实现、服务支持和影响效果4个一级指标、18个二级指标。根据有效性和稳定性系数对评价指标体系进行检验,结果表明该指标体系具有较好的有效性和稳定性。
The evaluation of the WeChat service quality in college archives is an important means to know the quality of WeChat service in colleges,and is of positive significance for effectively improving the level of WeChat service in colleges.The construction of the index system is the foundation and key to carrying out the evaluation of the WeChat service quality in college archives.The hierarchy analytic process is used to establish the index system,including 4 first-grade indicators:information quality,technology realization,service support and impact&effect,and 18 second-grade indicators.The paper tests the evaluation index system according to the validity coefficient and stability coefficient.The results show that the index system has good validity and stability.
