金属管道对接焊缝超声检测缺陷类型识别研究 被引量:13

摘要 超声波具有传递能量和传递信息的功能,因此超声检测技术应用广泛。目前通过超声检测技术可以成功定位到缺陷的位置和计算缺陷的大小,但是对于缺陷类型的识别还存在一定的难度。利用短时傅里叶变换方法,从缺陷信号的频谱和功率谱密度出发,对超声检测技术在金属管道对接焊缝缺陷中的缺陷类别识别问题进行了探究。首先,在管道焊缝上制作人工缺陷,利用高频数据采集卡采集缺陷信号,最后通过短时傅里叶变换处理缺陷信号。实验结果表明,利用短时傅里叶变换处理超声缺陷信号,可以识别出金属管道焊缝中的四种缺陷类型。 Ultrasound has the function of transmitting energy and information, so the ultrasonic testing technology is widely used. At present, the location of defects can be successfully fixed and the size of defects can be calculated by ultrasonic testing technology, but it is still difficult to identify the type of defects. Based on the spectrum and power spectral density of defect signal, the problem of defect classification identification in butt weld defect of metal pipeline was studied by using short-time Fourier transform(STFT). Firstly, the artificial defect was made on the weld of pipeline specimens. The defect signal was collected by high frequency data acquisition card. Finally, the defect signal was processed by short-time Fourier transformation. The experimental results show that four types of defects in the weld of metal pipeline can be identified by processing the ultrasonic defect signal with short-time Fourier transformation.
