摘要
通过分析儿童哮喘医疗产品服务系统中的各项因素,寻找设计机会,洞 察发展趋势,以指导设计活动。方法 运用利益相关者构建系统图,从服务中 三类触点出发,进行实例分析,寻找服务缺口。得到系统中软件、硬件,服务 平台的信息数据整合和未来设计发展可能性趋势。服务设计理论下的智能产 品服务触点逐步整合,对关键触点提出设计改良建议,优化触点,改良产品 设计、创新服务模式,提升医疗产品服务体系良性循环。
By analyzing the various factors in the child asthma medical product service system,looking for design opportunities and insight into development trends to guide design activities.Through the construction of system diagrams by stakeholders,starting from the three types of contacts in the service,case analysis and finding service gaps. The information integration and future development possibilities of software,hardware and service platforms in the system are obtained. The intelligent product management model under the service design theory is gradually integrated,suggesting design improvements for key contacts,optimizing contacts,improving product design,innovative service models,and improving the virtuous cycle of medical product service systems.
