摘要
以漂白针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、竹浆和苇浆为原料,采用不同的碱处理条件进行丝光化,并配抄碱性电池隔膜纸。结果表明:竹浆和苇浆丝光浆纤维弯曲明显,且苇浆丝光浆成纸随用碱量增加抗张强度下降幅度较大,用碱量20%、处理80 min时,苇浆的纤维扭结角增加10°以上,抗张指数下降42.0%。针叶木浆和竹浆丝光浆成纸的吸液高度均> 25 mm,明显高于阔叶木浆和苇浆。丝光浆成纸的吸碱收缩率随用碱量的增加而降低,竹浆的吸碱收缩率最低。将4种原料生产的丝光浆与水化纤维素配抄电池隔膜纸,竹浆丝光浆隔膜纸性能最佳。
Using bleached softwood pulp, hardwood pulp, bamboo pulp and reed pulp as raw materials, mercerization experiments were carried out under different alkali treatment conditions at room temperature. The results showed that after mercerization, the fiber of bamboo and reed bended obviously, and the tensile strength of mercerized reed sheet decreased significantly with the increasing of alkali dosage. For reed pulp, the kink angle of fiber increased more than 10°, and tensile index of paper was decreased by 42.0% when mercerized 80 min at the alkali dosage of 20%. The alkali absorbance height of sheets from mercerized softwood pulp and bamboo pulp was above 25 mm, which was significantly higher than that from other two pulps. The alkali shrinkage decreased with the increasing of alkali dosage, while that of bamboo pulp was the lowest. The four mercerized pulps were mixed with hydrated cellulose to make battery separator paper, which further confirmed that mercerized bamboo pulp separator paper had the best performance.
