摘要
床垫透气性优劣对使用者的身体健康存在着至关重要的影响。目前国内对床垫透气性的研究主要集中在对床垫面料的透气性研究上,包括纺织面料和高聚物多孔材料等,但针对床垫整体的透气性研究还处在初级阶段,且现有的检测装置存在了较大的缺陷,使其无法顺利推广到市场。国内各类床垫产品标准中也暂未涉及床垫透气性的检测方法及参数指标要求,消费者对床垫透气性评价方法的需求越来越明显。
The air permeability of the mattress has a crucial impact on the health of the user. At present, the research on permeability of mattresses in China mainly focuses on the permeability of mattress material, including textile fabrics and polymer porous materials. But the research on the air permeability of mattresses is still in its infancy. In addition, he existing detection device has big defects, which makes it impossible to smoothly spread to the market. Domestically, all kinds of mattress product standards have not yet covered the testing methods and parameter requirements of the air permeability of mattress, and the demand for mattress air permeability evaluation methods is becoming more and more obvious.
