摘要
针对高速公路养护工程中沥青进场后长期存储造成高温性能衰减的问题,模拟SBS改性沥青进场后的存储条件(不同的存储温度和存储时间),采用SBS改性沥青的软化点、临界温度和60 ℃零剪切黏度ZSV指标,研究存储条件对SBS改性沥青高温性能的影响。结果表明:存储温度越高,存储时间越长,高温性能衰减越快。基于研究结果,给出SBS改性沥青存储温度和存储时间的建议。
In highway maintenance, the asphalt's high temperature performance may degrade after entering the site as a result of long-term storage. The storage conditions of SBS modified asphalt were hereto simulated, i.e. different storage temperature and time and, with the softening point, fail temperature and ZSV (at 60 ℃) introduced, the effects of the storage conditions on the high temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt were studied. The result shows that the higher the storage temperature, and the longer the storage time is, the faster the high temperature performance degrades. Based on this, the recommendations in relation to the storage temperature and time of SBS modified asphalt were provided.
