摘要
为系统评价黄淮杜泊羊的繁殖性能,本实验对2家黄淮杜泊羊核心育种场1年的繁殖数据进行了统计和分析,并随机采集了145只核心群羊只进行FecB基因多态性分析。结果表明:黄淮杜泊羊性成熟为6~7月龄,年繁殖率为252.82%,羔羊断奶成活率为95.79%,每只母羊年提供断奶羔羊数2.39个;黄淮杜泊羊群体FecB基因存在BB、B+和++3种基因型,其中B+型(杂合型)是群体中的优势基因型,基因型频率为0.6069;基因型与产羔数关联分析表明,BB和B+基因型产羔数极显著高于++基因型。综上,黄淮杜泊羊具有多胎高繁的特性,在繁殖性能方面符合专门化肉用高繁绵羊品种的标准。
To evaluate the reproductive performance of Huanghuai Dorper sheep,the experiment analyzed the reproductive data of Huanghuai Dorper sheep in two core breeding farms for one year,and randomly collected 145 sheep for FecB gene polymorphism analysis.The results showed that the sexual maturity of Huanghuai Dorper sheep was 6~7 months old,the annual reproduction rate was 252.82%,the survival rate of weaning lambs was 95.79%,and the number of weaned lambs per ewe was 2.39.There were three genotypes of FecB gene:BB,B+and++in Huanghuai Dorper sheep.Among them,B+(heterozygous)was the dominant genotype in the population with genotype frequency of 0.6069.The correlation analysis between genotype and lambing number showed that the lambing number of BB genotype and B+genotype was significantly higher than that of++genotype.In summary,Huanghuai Dorper sheep had the characteristics of multiple foetuses and high reproduction,which meets the standard of specialized high-breed sheep for meat.
