摘要
运用DEA模型分析贵阳烟叶家庭农场的经营效率,然后运用Tobit模型对经营效率的影响因素进行分析。结果表明,烟叶家庭农场的综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率的均值分别为0.637、0.788和0.806,土地流转年限、烟地的交通便利程度、是否有生产管理记录、烟地水利设施完善程度、是否采用绿色防控技术是影响烟叶家庭农场经营效率的显著性因素。结合当地情况提出针对性政策建议,以期提升当地烟叶家庭农场的经营效率,促进当地烟农增收以及烟叶生产的可持续发展。
The DEA model was used to analyze the operational efficiency of Guiyang tobacco family farms,and then the Tobit model was used to analyze the influencing factors of operational efficiency.The results showed that the average efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of tobacco family farms were 0.637,0.788 and 0.806,respectively.The number of years of land transfer,the convenience of land transportation,whether there is production management record,the degree of perfection of land water conservancy facilities,and whether green prevention and control technology is adopted are significant factors affecting the operational efficiency of tobacco family farms.In response to local conditions,we will propose targeted policies to improve the operational efficiency of local tobacco family farms,promote the income growth of local tobacco farmers and the sustainable development of tobacco production.
