癌组织Nanog和血清肿瘤异常蛋白水平与肺腺癌患者化疗疗效的关系 被引量:2

Relationship between the expression of Nanog in cancer tissue and TAP levels and the efficacy of chemotherapy in patients with lung adenocarcinoma

摘要 目的探讨癌组织Nanog和血清肿瘤异常蛋白(TAP)水平与肺腺癌患者化疗疗效的关系。方法选取2016年10月至2019年2月间上海慈源康复医院收治的行化疗治疗的69例肺腺癌患者,评估患者癌组织Nanog和血清TAP与患者化疗疗效的关系及对患者预后的预测价值。结果患者癌组织Nanog和血清TAP的表达与患者性别、年龄、吸烟及分化程度无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与临床分期及转移情况有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺腺癌患者完全缓解14例(20.3%),部分缓解23例(33.3%),稳定13例(18.8%),进展19例(27.5%),总有效率为72.5%(50例)。化疗后,患者病情有效控制者50例,其中癌组织Nanog和TAP低表达分别为45例和43例;化疗无效患者19例,其中Nanog和TAP高表达分别为17例和16例,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论肺腺癌患者癌组织Nanog和血清TAP水平对肺腺肿瘤的诊断和预后有重要意义,与患者化疗疗效关系显著,对化疗后的预后评估有重要价值. Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of Nanog and tumor abnormal protein(TAP)levels and the efficacy of chemotherapy in patients with lung adenocarcinoma.Methods A total of 69 patients with lung adenocarcinoma treated with chemotherapy at Shanghai Ciyuan Rehabilitation Hospital from October 2016 to February 2019 were selected as study subjects.The relationship between Nanog in cancer tissue and serum TAP and the efficacy of chemotherapy was evaluated in patients with lung adenocarcinoma and the significance of them for the predication of lung adenocarcinoma was analyzed.Results The expression of Nanog and serum TAP level were not associated with gender,age,smoking and differentiation(P>0.05).However,they were associated with clinical stages and lymph node metastases(all P<0.05).Complete remission occurred in 14 patients(20.3%).Partial remission occurred in 23 patients(33.3%).Stable disease was found in 13 patients(18.8%).Progressive disease was found in 19 patients(27.5%).The overall efficacy was 72.5%(50 patients).After the chemotherapy,disease was effectively controlled in 50 patients.The low expression of Nanog and TAP was found in 45 patients and 43 patients,respectively.Chemotherapy was ineffective in 19 patients.The high expression was found in 17 patients and patients,respectively(all P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of Nanog in cancer tissues and serum TAP are of great significance for the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma,which is significantly correlated with the therapeutic eficacy of chemotherapy in patients with lung adenocarcinoma.It is of great value in predicting the prognosis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma after chemotherapy.
