摘要
江苏省司法厅地理信息平台通过整合全省基础矢量、遥感影像、地名、360°全景数据、司法业务专题等数据,以及包括手机和社区矫正GPS腕带等在内的实时动态位置信息,并将这些信息进行集中管理、显示、查询、分析和历史回溯,运行于司法体系政务内网、互联网两个网络,为整个江苏省司法监控、行政工作管理等提供综合信息支撑。结合江苏省司法行政一体化智能平台建设实践,介绍了平台的主要功能和实现的关键技术。
Jiangsu Provincial Department of Justice Geographic Information Platform integrates the provincial basic vector,remote sensing images,place names,360 degree panoramic data,judicial business topics and real-time dynamic location information including mobile phones and community correction GPS wristbands,and centralizes the management,display,query,analysis and historical review of these information. Tracing back,it runs in the two networks of the judicial system,the intranet of government affairs and the internet,and provides comprehensive information support for the judicial supervision and administration of Jiangsu Province as a whole. This paper introduces the main functions and key technologies of Jiangsu judicial and administrative integration intelligent platform.
