摘要
考察了硫化剂黄铁矿精矿对含锗褐煤旋涡炉烟尘中低品位锗资源二次挥发富集效果的影响,并结合微观结构分析及热重分析,采用HSC软件分析了含锗烟尘二次挥发富集过程的机理。结果表明,随着黄铁矿精矿用量、硫化反应温度、硫化反应时间的增加,烟尘中含锗量逐渐下降。在硫化剂黄铁矿精矿添加量20%、反应温度1200℃、反应时间6 h条件下,烟尘中锗的挥发率为91.82%,获得的二次烟尘平均锗含量为15.22%,实现了低品位含锗烟尘中锗的二次富集。
Effects of vulcanizing agent,i.e.pyrite concentrate,on secondary volatilization enrichment of germanium resources in germanium-bearing lignite dust of cyclone furnace were investigated.Mechanism of secondary volatilization enrichment of germanium-bearing dust was analyzed by adopting HSC software combining microstructures and TG-DTG analysis.The results show that germanium content in dust drops with the increase of dosage of vulcanizing agent,vulcanization temperature,and reaction time.Average germanium content in secondary dust is 15.22%,germanium volatilization rate is 91.82%,and secondary enrichment of germanium in low-grade germanium-bearing dust is realized under the conditions including dosage of sulfide pyrite concentrate of 20%,reaction temperature of 1200℃,and reaction time of 6 h.
