摘要
目的分析沈阳市沈北新区2009~2018年居民伤害死亡情况,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法收集沈北新区2009~2018年伤害死亡数据,分年度、性别和年龄别计算伤害死亡的粗死亡率与年龄标化率,分析其死亡变化趋势。结果2009~2018年沈北新区共报告伤害死亡例数1270例,其中男性925例,女性345例,伤害粗死亡率为39.98/10万,占全死因的5.05%,为沈北新区第4位死因。沈北新区10年间伤害死亡率年均上升4.12%(P<0.05)。交通事故、自杀、意外跌落、其他意外事故和有害效应、意外中毒为伤害的前5位死因。结论10年间沈北新区伤害粗死亡率总体呈上升趋势,意外跌落和自杀是意外伤害死亡率上升最显著的死因。
Objective To analyze the injury deaths of residents in Shenbei new district during 2009-2018,so as to provide scientific basis for developing the prevention and control measures.Methods The injury deaths data of Shenbei new district during 2009-2018 was collected to calculate the crude mortality and age standardized rate of injury deaths by year,sex and age,in order to analyze the death trend.Results A total of 1270 deaths from injuries were reported during 2009-2018,including 925 males and 345 females.The crude mortality from injuries was 39.98/10~5,accounting for 5.05% of all deaths,which was the 4 th cause of death in Shenbei new district.Injury mortality of Shenbei new district increased by 4.12% annually in the past 10 years(P<0.05).Traffic accidents,suicides,accidental falls,other accidents and harmful effects,and accidental poisoning were the top 5 causes of injury death.Conclusion The crude mortality of injuries increased in general from 2009 to 2018.Accidental fall and suicide are the most significant causes of death.
