摘要
进入二十一世纪,饲料企业由暴利时代转变为微利经营时代,经过一系列产业调整,饲料企业成本有所上升,其经营利润主要依赖降低管理成本及采购成本,部分企业毛利率仅为5%左右,饲料企业竞争环境日趋激烈,经营举步维艰。在市场格局出现较大变化的情况下,如何通过降低成本、削减开支来稳定生产、顺利经营是产业链企业面临的一项大课题。此次研究分析了当前饲料企业面临的高成本环境,探究饲料企业经营发展困境,并对饲料企业经营发展方向进行思考与探索,以期为饲料企业经营指明道路。
in the 21st century,feed enterprises have changed from the era of windfall profits to the era of meager profits.After a series of industrial adjustments,the cost of feed enterprises has increased,and their operating profit mainly depends on the decrease of management cost and purchase cost.The gross profit rate of some enterprises is only about 5%.The competitive environment of feed enterprises is increasingly fierce,and the operation is difficult.In the case of great changes in the market pattern,how to stabilize production and smooth operation by reducing costs and expenditure is a big issue for the industrial chain enterprises.This study analyzes the current high cost environment faced by feed enterprises,explores the dilemma of feed enterprise management and development,and ponders and explores the direction of feed enterprise management and development,so as to point out the way for feed enterprise management.
