摘要
目的探究冠修复与根管同步治疗隐裂牙牙髓病对患者疼痛程度及临床效果的影响.方法选取本院于2016年7月至2018年5月收治的92例隐裂牙牙髓病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组46例.其中对照组予以单一根管治疗方式,观察组则予以冠修复与根管同步治疗.对比两组患者的治疗效率及治疗后的牙齿疼痛程度.结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.66%,对照组为71.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后疼痛程度显著轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针对隐裂牙牙髓病患者的治疗过程中,予以患者冠修复与根管同步治疗的方式,可显著提升患者的治疗效率,最大限度的缓解患者的痛苦,值得临床借鉴实施.
Objective To explore the effect of crown restoration and root canal synchronization on pain degree and clinical effect of cracked den- tal pulp disease. Methods 92 patients with cleft pulp disease admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into con- trol group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with single root canal therapy, while the observation group was treated with crown repair and root canal synchronization. The treatment efficiency and the degree of tooth pain after treatment were com- pared between the two groups. Results In the observation group the total effective rate was 95.66% and in the control group was 71.74%, with statis- tical significance (P<0.05). The pain degree in the observation group was significantly lighter than that in the control group, with statistical signifi- cance (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of cracked pulp disease, crown restoration and root canal synchronization can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and relieve the pain of patients, which is worthy of clinical reference and implementation.
