摘要
针对目前使用的采煤机截割部电缆内导线存在远端串扰电压的问题,提出了采煤机截割部电缆内导线间串扰电压消除方法。通过分析采煤机截割部电缆内导线串扰电压波动情况,提取波动情况下电缆内导线的电磁参数,结合电磁参数建立消除采煤机截割部电缆内导线间串扰电压的传递函数。以最佳移相角为指标进行实验,结果表明该方法的移相角接近1.0π时拥有最好的消除效果,具有良好的消除串扰电压性能。
In the view of the far end crosstalk voltage in the cable of shearer cutting part,the method of eliminating crosstalk voltage between the wires in the cable of shearer cutting part is put forward.On the basis of analysis the fluctuation of the cross-talk voltage of the wire in the cutting part of the shearer,the electromagnetic parameters of the wire in the cable are extracted,and the transfer function of eliminating the cross-talk voltage between the wires in the cutting part of the shearer is established by combining the electromagnetic parameters.The experimental results show that the method has the best elimination effect when the phase-shift angle is close to 1.0π,and has good performance of eliminating crosstalk voltage.
