摘要
伴随市场经济发展进程的持续推进,国民生活水平和生活质量逐步提高,生鲜产品在国民消费结构中占据的比重持续增大,生鲜产品种类多样化的特点也日益显著,冷链物流服务的潜在需求快速增长。当前,新乡市冷链物流发展有较好的市场需求和产业基础,并得到政府相关政策的支持,发展势头强劲。然而,新乡市冷链物流基础设施建设薄弱、信息化建设程度较低、冷链物流标准欠缺、冷链物流人才供需矛盾突出等问题导致新乡市冷链物流经营效率较低、运营效果不佳,新乡市冷链物流发展亟需转型。因此,以解决新乡市冷链物流转型发展面临的问题为抓手,逐步加强冷链物流基础设施建设,强化冷链物流信息化建设,健全冷链物流标准,重视冷链物流人才培养,优化配置冷链物流资源,推动冷链物流业结构调整,适时推进新乡市冷链物流转型发展。
With the continuous progress of the market economy development,people’s living standards and quality of life have been gradually improved.The proportion of fresh products in the national consumption structure continues to increase,the diversity of fresh products is becoming increasingly prominent.The potential demand for cold chain logistics services is growing rapidly.At present,the development of cold chain logistics in Xinxiang City has a good market demand and industrial basis,and has been supported by relevant government policies,which has a strong momentum of development.However,problems such as weak infrastructure construction of cold chain logistics in Xinxiang City,low level of information construction,lack of standard of cold chain logistics,and prominent contradiction between supply and demand of cold chain logistics talents lead to low efficiency and poor operation effect of cold chain logistics in Xinxiang City,and the development of cold chain logistics in Xinxiang City is in urgent need of transformation.In order to solve the problems faced by the transformation and development of cold chain logistics in Xinxiang City,we should gradually strengthen the construction of cold chain logistics infrastructure,strengthen the informatization construction of cold chain logistics,improve the standard of cold chain logistics,attach importance to the training of cold chain logistics talents,optimize the allocation of cold chain logistics resources,promote the structural adjustment of cold chain logistics industry,and timely promote the transformation and development of cold chain logistics in Xinxiang City.
